The batch strength blended malts have been selected and blended with extraordinary casks of single malt whiskies, each utilise defining signature malts from a specific region of Scotland. Our Batch Strength, limited editions have each been assigned batch numbers denoting the unique recipe and strength for each release.
Only barley grown locally to the distillery in the sun soaked Kingdom of Fife is used to create our light, fruity and delicate spirit.
In the gardens surrounding Darnley’s Gin Cottage, we grow as many botanicals as the Scottish weather allows but more exotic ingredients, like cinnamon and grains of paradise, need warmer climates so are sourced from growers around the world that we’ve come to know and trust. We continue to grow, forage and source in our endless botanical exploration.
