Notes

Nose Pear drops and rhubarb and custards with discreet smokiness amidst the light and delicate fruit forward Kingsbarns spirit.

Palate Apple compote with Greek natural yoghurt, crème fraiche and candied ginger.

Finish Medium finish with that whispering smoke disappearing in dried papaya.
