Notes

Nose Oily, leathered horse saddles, chicken stock and freshly made noodle soup

Palate Pleasantly thick body, almost syrupy. A strong dark chocolate fudge note upfront. Bitter charcoal, buttery oak, and just a smear of gooseberry jam

Finish Runs a fairly spicy streak, with cinnamon, cloves and cracked pink peppercorns providing a bit of bite and a pleasant bitterness toward the end
