The botanicals at the heart of this London Dry Gin are rowan berries foraged in the surrounding undergrowth and locally-grown barley, smoked over pine wood chips. Infused with another five botanicals, including coriander from the cottage garden, this limited edition gin illuminates the fruity complexities of locally sourced produce awash with a smoky element to finish.

Nose Sweet berry notes combine with orange and lemon as the delicate pine scented smoke slowly reveals itself

Palate A strong citrus presence of orange and grapefruit with a malty depth. A light beach bonfire smoke is delivered on top

Finish A long finish beginning with a fruity complexity with citrus at the fore before the smoke slowly increases in intensity
